METAL GEAR SOLID HD COLLECTION: LIMITED EDITION - ZAVVI EXCLUSIVE
Zavvi have got their hands on the limited edition version of the upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, due for release on the 03/02/2012 a week from today. It platforms on the PS3 and the XBOX 360 which is a first for any of us except in Japan
This little bundle costs £69 and for that you get the game in the metal case, a 250 page art book showcasing the artwork of Yoji Shinkawa, and a T-Shirt
Honestly I’m going to be pre-ordering this myself because I’ve been waiting for it since i knew it was being upgraded to HD & the the art book will be a bonus
The art book features artwork from MGS2 MGS3 & MGS Peace Walker. If you like Shinkawa’s work this offers some previously un-printed work
There was never an official art book released for Metal Gear Solid 3 so this is the closest your going to get and in limited edition if they pop up on the internet they won’t be for cheap so get them now while it is

Kojima has tweeted a look at some of the new Play Arts Metal Gear figures from Square-Enix. The Meryl figure looks rather nice except for a bit of funkiness on the face, but overall not bad. Now that Solidus figure though, that’s one sexy piece of kit. You can expect both figures later this year from Play Arts growing Metal Gear lineup.
